To all our customers we deliver the product directly to their homes, packed and pre-assembled.

If you have chosen to add the DoctorBike service (for the cities of Rome and Milan) the eBike will be delivered to you by a certified DoctorBike operator. He will take care of the setup, doing all the initial settings, handlebar adjustment, pedal assembly, wheel settling, and a detailed explanation of how to best use your E-Bike.
