Delivery and set-up
A certified DoctorBike operator will deliver the bike to your home safely, but not only that! He will do ECB set-up; handlebar adjustment, pedal assembly, wheel settling, and a quick explanation of how to best use your E-Bike.

Scheduled maintenance
Three optional coupons that can be purchased when ordering ECB 1963. You choose whether to go to an Authorized Service Center or conveniently book a service at your home!

Dedicated App
Through the dedicated App you will be able to book an intervention at your home or at an authorized DoctorBike center.
